Valparaiso- Missouri Valley

Departed coach/record: Tracey Dorow, 6 seasons (56-129 overall, 24-78 in the Missouri Valley)

Season-by-season record:
2012-13: 11-20 (5-11)
2013-14: 6-25 (3-13)
2014-15: 6-24 (2-14)
2015-16: 10-21 (5-13)
2016-17: 10-21 (4-14)
2017-18: 13-18 (5-13)

Reason for departure: After spending 14 seasons as the head coach of D2 member Ferris State in Michigan, Trace Dorow took over a Valpo program who had gone several seasons since having any success. Unfortunately, Dorow was not able to bring any real success with her from her D2 days. The 13 wins last season were the most she was able to win at Valpo and the Crusaders never recorded more that 5 conference wins under her.
