Boston University- Patriot League

Departed coach/record: Katy Steding, 4 seasons (31-88 overall, 43-107 in the Patriot League)

Season-by-season record:
2014-15: 5-25 (2-16)
2015-16: 3-27 (3-15)
2016-17: 13-17 (11-7)
2017-18: 10-19 (5-13)

Reason for departure: Inheriting a tough situation at BU (the previous coach was fired amidst accusations that she was verbally abusing players), Steding could never fully get things going. The team performed well in conference play in 2016-17 but took a step back this past season.
