The first week of training camp has wrapped up in the WNBA, and a few teams have already begun the process of trimming their roster to meet regular season requirements.

On Sunday, the Dallas Wings announced the waiving of Kelsey Lang and Kalani Purcell from the training camp roster. With the move, Dallas stands at 16 players.

Lang and Purcell both played in Saturday’s preseason game with San Antonio. Lang had two points and four rebounds in nine minutes of playing time, while Purcell had three rebounds and a block in 13 minutes of action.

Dallas has another preseason game with Indiana next Saturday, their final exhibition contest before the season opener on May 14.
